Privacy Policy

Short version: we do not want your data. We ask for a public contract address and campaign parameters, and nothing else.

Last updated: July 26, 2026

1. What we never ask for

We never request, and you should never provide to anyone claiming to be us: private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, wallet connections, token approvals, contract ownership, exchange credentials, or identity documents.

2. What this website collects

This site is a static site. It sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts. Fonts are self-hosted, so no font request goes to an external provider.

Our hosting provider processes standard server logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — as a normal part of serving a website and for security. We do not use this to build a profile of you.

If we later add privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics, this page will be updated before it goes live.

3. What the Telegram bot collects

When you start a campaign we process:

  • Your Telegram user ID and username, provided to us by Telegram when you message the bot.
  • The public token contract address you supply.
  • The campaign parameters you choose, and the resulting campaign records.
  • The public blockchain addresses and transactions associated with your campaign.

We use this to run and support your campaign, to handle billing disputes, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Telegram is a third party

Conversations with the bot happen on Telegram's infrastructure and are subject to Telegram's own privacy policy, which we do not control. If that matters to you, take it into account before messaging.

5. Blockchain data is public and permanent

Transactions executed by a campaign are recorded on a public blockchain. That data is outside anyone's control, including ours, and cannot be deleted, amended or made private on request. Please understand this before starting a campaign.

6. Retention

Campaign records are kept for as long as needed to provide support and meet legal and accounting obligations, then deleted. Telegram identifiers are deleted with the associated campaign records.

7. Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, infrastructure), and where legally required by a valid order. We do not sell personal data and we have no advertising partners.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, or to object to it. Message us on Telegram and we will action reasonable requests — with the caveat in section 5 that on-chain data cannot be removed by anyone.

9. Children

The Service is not directed at, and must not be used by, anyone under 18.

10. Changes and contact

Changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Privacy questions go to the Telegram handles on our contact page. Our site is https://robinhoodvolumebot.com.
