Risk Disclosure

Plain-language disclosure of what can go wrong. If you only read one legal page on this site, read this one.

Last updated: July 26, 2026

1. Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice

This site describes a software service. It is not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell any asset, and not legal or tax guidance. We are not a licensed financial adviser, broker or dealer. If you need advice about your situation, get it from someone qualified and regulated to give it.

2. Crypto assets are volatile and can go to zero

Tokens on Robinhood Chain, particularly memecoins, routinely lose most or all of their value. Liquidity can be withdrawn, projects can be abandoned, and contracts can contain mechanisms that are not obvious from the outside. Never commit funds you cannot afford to lose entirely.

3. Generated volume is not demand

This is the most important sentence on the page. A volume campaign creates on-chain trading activity. It does not create buyers, hold a price, or make a token succeed. Anyone — including any project you invest in — who presents generated volume as organic market demand is misrepresenting it.

4. Regulatory and legal risk

Rules around trading activity that is designed to influence apparent market interest vary significantly by jurisdiction and are evolving. Depending on where you are, what you are promoting and to whom, generating volume — or representing it to investors — may carry legal consequences including liability for market manipulation or securities offences.

You are responsible for determining whether your use of this service is lawful where you are and where your users are. We do not provide that determination, and using the service is not evidence that it is lawful for you.

5. Detection and reputational risk

On-chain activity is public and permanent. Cluster analysis, bubble maps and screener heuristics are improving continuously. Campaign wallets are constructed to look like distributed market activity rather than a single actor, but no technique makes on-chain activity unanalysable, and we will not claim otherwise.

If it matters to you that nobody could ever determine that a campaign ran, this service cannot give you that assurance and neither can any competitor.

6. No guarantee of ranking, trending or listing

DEX aggregators, screeners and exchanges apply their own unpublished, changing criteria. We do not control them and have no arrangement with them. A campaign delivers the volume, transaction count and maker count you configure. It does not promise a trending slot, a listing, a price level, or attention.

7. Execution and technical risk

Campaigns depend on network conditions on Robinhood Chain, on your token's Uniswap pool, and on third-party infrastructure. Congestion, RPC failures, pool changes, liquidity removal or unusual token mechanics — including transfer taxes, blacklists and trading pauses — can delay, degrade or halt a campaign.

A campaign sized far above your pool's liquidity will move your token's price against you. The bot flags this before funding, but the decision to proceed is yours.

8. Costs you should expect

Beyond the campaign fee, each swap consumes ETH gas on Robinhood Chain and pays the pool's LP fee. On a two-sided campaign much of the LP fee returns to the pool, but gas does not come back. Fee-on-transfer tokens are charged on every swap and materially change the economics.

9. Third-party risk

Launchpads, DEXs, bridges, wallets and explorers referenced on this site are operated by third parties. We do not control them, have not audited them, and are not responsible for them. Robinhood Chain is operated by Robinhood Markets, Inc., with whom this service has no affiliation.

10. No affiliation with Robinhood Markets, Inc.

This service is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Robinhood Markets, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries. "Robinhood" and "Robinhood Chain" are used descriptively to identify the public blockchain this tool operates on. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

11. Scams using our name

We will never ask for your private key, seed phrase, wallet connection or contract ownership. Anyone who does is impersonating us. The only official contact points are the Telegram handles listed on our contact page.

12. Your acknowledgement

By using this service you confirm that you have read this disclosure, that you accept these risks, that you are acting lawfully in your jurisdiction, and that you are not relying on us for any advice, guarantee or outcome.
